Had a great Christmas season and New Year's Eve working at Sun Valley Holiday Park, Cornwall for xmas day and in Virginia Water, Surrey for New Year's Eve. A very busy December!

Had a good bank holiday weekend - entertained at a CLIC charity fundraiser at Wetherspoons (The Bear's Head) in Penarth near Cardiff on the Saturday (thanks to Kate and everyone else for a great day - hope you reached your target), and did a wedding at the Botanical Gardens in Birmingham on the Sunday - wow it was hot in there (well it WAS partly a greenhouse). Great to see some lovely weather though, we'll have a bit of that through the summer please. Looking forward to going back to Cornwall this week, back to the holiday parks. 

Brilliant night on Friday - Ros's retirement party at Ty Mawr Hotel, Llanbedr, Gwynedd.

From beginning to end the dancefloor was full - Ros had enough requests to fill the whole 3 hour playlist so she certainly got her kind of music! Think everyone else enjoyed her choices too, I think I'll keep that playlist - I like it her selection! Lots of Motown and soul, brilliant. Got lots of complements on Friday night and today, so thank you everyone for your kind words.

Had a great gig last Sunday at a 3rd birthday party in Birmingham. The children loved the balloon models and we had loads of fun doing the conga at the end, when everyone conga'd out the door and collected one of my party bags each as they left! Good day...

It's a 250-mile drive to Guildford this Saturday for a wedding, and then up to Birmingham for a Holy Communion celebration on Sunday afternoon! Am looking forward to the weekend.

Had a good night last night at the Dragon Theatre - the crowd seemed to enjoy the music I played and I received some positive comments at the end. The Mr. & Mrs. game went down well! I was especially suprised to find out that it was Charlie Brooks's (Janine of Eastenders) Dad that I had chosen to take part!! Big thanks to Jamie Brooks for his appreciation of me in his speech to the crowd.
